  5. Hey Lucy! I am really surprised by this after I did the first day my body felt healthier and stronger I will update y’all along the way!

    Day 1: A bit hard but I pushed through it and felt good after!

  6. Alright, I'm starting this today. I will be doing it twice a day and I have lowered my calorie intake to 700 after fasting for two days. I want to lose 50 pounds by May, I feel like that's realistic if I stay true to my new diet.

    My current measurements:
    Waist: 39in
    Hips: 53.5in
    Bust:43in

    I will update you all in a week if I see any differences or not!

    Life story:
    I used to be very insecure about myself because there was this bigger boy and he was insecure about himself and he was mean to everyone especially the girls bc he knew we were insecure and he would call all my friends and me fat even his own sister bc he were thicc it because there’d me the first time but then I noticed how insecure he was 🙁

    Health tips:
    *Drink lots of water
    Try a juice cleanse stops bloating and takes out toxins
    Get lots of sleep makes a big difference
    Lots of fruits and veggies cut our junk food
    Do not weigh yourself while you on ur journey do it after

    You can do it! Remember this is easy 😁

  10. praying this works I'm coming back every day my waist is at 28 after all day and my hips are at 34
    day 1: quite tired not sure if it was the 30 min stretch I did first or this but ya also my leg is shaking so
    day 2: feeling good

  12. I've now been doing this workout for 3 years and I've lost so much weight. I do walk and also watch my diet, but not in a "Can't eat anything!" way. I really love this 🙂
