First episode of my new program for this month! I realised from the latest before/after results video that a lot of people tend to do just 1-2 weeks instead of the whole 4 weeks programs. You obviously won’t lose as much weight or get as much results, but a 2 weeks program is easier to commit to, and you can always do it twice!

  1. i'm currently at a downfall, where i basically was at my best both mentally and physically and then now i feel like i'm relapsing depression and binging and have gained 4 out of the 5 kilograms i've lost in a matter of a month but i'm trying my bestplease trust me i'm trying my best to reverse it because i'm unhappy and all this is messing with my ability to function

  3. Day 1: I actually did it. I expected to find it harder but although I’m tired and sweating I’m ok

  4. if you have asthma like me, pause the video in between workouts and take some deep breaths, make sure u got your inhaler near lol

  5. doing the two week shred program so I'll be talking about both videos. (we got this !)

    7/18/21 aka day 1: [first video (this one)] definitely way more difficult then my usual workout, like I was three minutes in and was ready to call it a day. had to pause and take a longer break between each workout but in the end I finished it all. it's hard to convince myself not to quit and not feel bad about the fact that it's so hard for me but I'm pushing through and trying not to be too hard on myself. [second video] I couldn't do the whole "back to back" thing for the life of me so I took breaks in between each workout. I finished this one too but I definitely feel pretty bad about myself. usually I feel pretty great after completing a workout soo idk how I feel about this. but I'm gonna push through and do the two weeks since I already started. if you're doing this workout then you got this ! just try your best and take things at your own pace. ily & I'm so very proud of you <3

  6. Day 1: I’m a dancer! So this was easier than most ppl but there is some moves that I could do for like only 5 seconds 😭

  7. This is giving nostalgia, I remember fearing this music and dreading the exercises. Now, I appreciate the exercises and the time.
