  1. I don't feel like this video is helping me I was 212 yesterday and now I'm back up to 216 how is that even possible in one day

  2. I think we human born with a specific body type and size and strength , we can trim a little but not much . We all can't look like models. Same thing is in all animals too . Don't Tyr to look sexy but remin health. I am over weight but my work and speed is insane.

  3. If you're exercising to include plenty of cardio while eating healthy and not losing weight, you're lying. 🤓. Sorry, but you're either eating too much or not exercising enough.

  4. These Exact symptoms you're describing happened to me with IF on all keto diet, I lost 6 KG on my first month, then only 1 KG on the second month (doing 24 hour fasts). and after that I didn't lose anymore for a while. After I stopped however I gained 11 KG over my starting weight in a period of 2 months.
Honestly there's not a single good method (or family of methods) for everyone. To lose weight just try different methods and stick to what works for you

  5. I wanna share my story too haha
I used to have 55-60 kgs while i was eating 1 meal per day
But i decided that i feel like starving myself and i need to eat 2 times per day
I ate breakfast and lunch for a year
    And i gained almost 30 kgs…
Now i'm 84kgs at 1,60cm and my family is bulling me for being fat, while i was already struggling with my mental healh
Now i tried my best for months to lose weight (sport, eating healthier, calories counting etc) but it just doesn't happen
And from frustration now i'm struggling with binge eating too or not eating all day cuz i thought that it will help lmao
Can somebody help me? Did anybody have this kind of experience?

  6. I try think since this plandemic everyone is struggling Ike he'll stressed out and have massive anxiety and our body's go oh shit save a the fat you can stopwatchings news and watch the weight fall off they it

  7. lost weight for 4-5 days. then got stuck at the same weight for 14 days now :/

600 deficit an hour gym 6 days a week.

  8. I am about to cry , post pandemic I gained alot of weight….like alot alot , no I didn't binge eat
    1) I had just 6 to 7 interrupted sleep schedule
    2) severe hormonal imbalance
    3) irregular periods
    4) improper digestion
    5) severe bloating
    6) I don't even eat much
    7) I am mentally very stressed , I sometimes feel like why do I even exist

I have been working out since 4 years now , previously I had lost alot of weight , but in my 4th year of gym I have been gaining weight , I have progressively worked out , I don't binge …… I feel like a loser

  9. Dr how you explain losing weight by fasting which is a calorie restriction? And drs are promoting fasting to lose weight why the body is not in a survival mechanism then and u gain weight??

  10. I personally find calorie restriction makes me lose weight and eating a calorie surplus makes me gain weight, I can sustain either long term for cutting or bulking.

  11. During puberty do boys and girls suddenly start eating more food or doing less exercise? yet boys grow taller and more muscular, girls lay down fat and also grow – hormones. Different hormones to insulin, but hormones nevertheless.

  12. I couldn’t possibly be more frustrated with my body — I intermittently fast 18-22 hrs almost daily. I exercise. I occasionally do extended fasts. I keep keto. I eat clean. I take all the best supplements for regulating hormones, taking care of my gut, detoxing, feeding my body tons of nutrients including supps. of superfoods, adaptogens, amino acids, etc. I don’t snack. I eat like 2 meals a day (medium sized). I drink plenty of water and green tea. I do my apple cider vinegar/lemon/cayenne shot daily. I do biohacks like infrared sauna & cryo chamber. And still I’m 15 lbs overweight!! Over the weight i felt my best at just two years ago when I wasn’t doing any of that stuff (I still ate pretty clean and kept it low carb and moved my body, but nothing nearly as dialed in as how I am now and I still had some shitty carbs probably a few times a week back then, and I snacked a lot). And it’s not that I’m trying to go too low for me. I looked great then – not skinny or like I was overdoing it – and now I CLEARLY look like I could stand to lose at least 10lbs, but 15 even better. The weight isn’t budging and it’s so dang frustrating!! I’m only 5’3” so an extra 15 lbs looks like a TON on me. It’s especially around my stomach, thighs, butt and face. The only things I can think of to tweak is to get better & more sleep (my sleep regimen is godawful) and to get even more water and move my body even more, like get more walks in or something. I just don’t know what I’m doing wrong. I used to be able to cut one food out or add in one exercise class and I’d see a noticeable difference in weight. WTH???

  13. My problem is I dont gain or lose weight I just stay on the smae measurements – _- like damn
