This routine helps tone the under chin/neck area by working the scalene muscles, sterno muscles and clavicle. By using this routine consistently, you are able to stretch these muscles and improve blood flow (clear edema) that helps to get rid of your double chin/ face fat.

Double chin can occur due to being overweight, but mostly it is due to lack of muscles used in the neck area from bad posture which leads to poor blood flow, blockage of lymph nodes= creates edema underneath the chin (double chin).

Remember, HEALTH IS HOT. So be proud of yourself for taking the time to live a healthier lifestyle. Taking care of your body is essentially taking care and loving yourself.   1. I’m going to do this for a week and updating
    Day 1: I did it before bed, felt good. Neck was definitely tense.

  2. started this on the second of january and the next day did another workout but i will be starting it again and may miss days – for 4 days

    day 1-:i feel my jaw ache – and my face is not that fat btw
    day 2-:

    Day 1: Only did it once, wasn't to bad my neck feels really nice
    Day 2: Did it twice I can already see my my jaw starting to show

    day 1: definitely felt like my neck was tightened, this is a very nice workout i like it!!

    Day 1: I did this while i was on bed i don't think that's good but i will deff in other days stand, i felt my neck muscle didn't hurt at all

    Day 2: Now i did it while standing up it was relaxing and i already lost a bit of double chin
