  1. You know what would be great? Fitness and nutrition gurus to help plan programs for a family between 4 and 6 on a 2 parent minimum wage income! Make that work with your app and triangle. And just for giggles through in at least 1 picky eater who just plain will not eat some things because of flavor, smell, or texture.

  2. I'm quite fit normally. But i'm fighting with depression/anxiety/panic attacks/bpd/dpdr/ocd for over 14 years now. And i try everything i can but medicine like SSRIs, antipsychotics, anticonvulsants usually come at a cost. And that cost is WEIGHT. I exercise alot. I eat healthy. I skip breakfast usually. I don't drink alcohol. Once it was so bad that i almost developed an eating disorder due to starving/puking. But still.. i just can't drop any weight while i'm on meds no matter how hard i try. Once i'm off medicine my weight just comes back to normal. What should i do? Should i just give in and give up since i really need this medicine? Or should i just stop medicine and live in constant fight/flight mode with panic attacks? Any suggestions? I hate being not fit due to these stupid antidepressants/antipsychotics it's not only not healthy but affects me psychologically too. It's like you're fixing one thing (depression) but you're messing up other thing that makes you even more depressed. I really have the willpower and commitment to lose weight i don't have issue with that. But yeah.. it's impossible.

  4. I have calorie deficit and work as a carpenter and workout in the gym 5 times a week. But Im still feeling that hungry feeling (like I'm starving to death 😅) all the time, what do I do wrong?

What about when you get an incredible urge to binge food and feel super anxious until you stuff your face and then you feel good for a second and them you hate yourself because you promised a thousand times that you'll start to take care of yourself and you also have diabetes and dont want to die young.
    whats up with that?

  7. I'm left with little on how the muscle is kept. Person B might be the one but no nutrition jargon broke that down for me I guess I will be loosing the muscle as well

  8. Idk man being natty is a constant uphill battle , you get big and strong but fat then you cut the fat and you’re small again but lean.
