  7. That woman that don’t like to eat veggies she can just put them in her smoothie like (Spinach) pineapple banana strawberries avocado etc. i know this video was posted 5months ago.

  8. I lost 23.2 pnds in three wks. Doing the low sodium diet. 500 per meal. My body adjustong to my new diet. N that is just by eating right. Maybe twice a wk il eat a burger etc. I could only imagine how much more i could lose working out
